You will be met each morning with a powerful morning meditation to set the tone for a more positive day.
In first two weeks, we will share with you four simple daily goals that build resilience for physical, mental & emotional health. The four goals cover sleep, movement, hydration, and a simple immune-boosting nutrition habit.
When you participate, you will get access to a simple smartphone app that will be the "hub" of the challenge. It's really easy to use and a great way to receive my daily messages, strategies & support to help you integrate the four goals. In the app you will also be able to track your daily success for accountability - I'll give you a printout calendar for those who love pen & paper! Community conversation and connection will be held in the "Body Project Success Circle" Facebook group.
This 30-day challenge is focused on simple daily goals that are proven to help you achieve physical and mental resilience. I've discovered that in high-stress times, less is actually more. I will provide simple ideas to incorporate smart daily movement and healthy eating that will support you best during this uncertain time, but the focus is on building resilience - not complicated exercise programs or overwhelming meal plans. Simple and achievable is the key for your success - especially now!

This challenge is not like a food or fitness challenge where I can tell you that you may "see" a change on the scale or in your pants size. What I can tell you as your coach and friend...right now what is most important for us is mental toughness and emotional resiliency to navigate this very uncertain time. The more resilient you are, the more likely you are to make healthier decisions overall. I do promise that you will feel supported and more purposeful instead of stuck, alone, and frustrated.
